Something Big Agent: terms
Last updated 9 October 2026 · Something Big, LLC
These terms are for the Something Big Agent. Our general terms (somethingbig.ai/terms) also apply; where the two differ about your agent, these win.
Your agent’s plan. A Something Big Agent is one agent for one owner, separate from Something Big Pro: you don’t need Pro to have one, and it doesn’t include Pro. It’s free during early access, and we ask for no card. We’ll email you before any charge; we never charge you unless you start a paid plan yourself. If you then choose a paid plan, billing starts when you pay, at the monthly price shown to you when you start it: $200 a month, unless we agreed a different price with you. In the United States, sales tax is added where it applies. It renews automatically every month until you cancel, and we charge the card you paid with.
What a month includes. Each month includes an allowance of work for your agent. Harder and longer jobs use more of it. Unused allowance doesn’t carry over to the next month.
Cancel anytime, online. If you are on a paid plan, cancel in Manage plan (somethingbig.ai/agent/manage) in a few clicks, or email hello@somethingbig.ai and we’ll cancel it for you. Cancelling stops all future charges. Asking us to delete your agent does not by itself cancel your plan; cancel it in Manage plan, or ask us to in the same email. You keep your agent until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Then it stops. Before we delete it, we email you the date, at least two days ahead and usually a week. If you start your plan again before that date, with the same email address, your agent comes back as it was. On that date we delete what we hold, as our privacy page for agents describes.
Changes to price or terms. If we change the price or another important term of your agent’s plan, we’ll email you 7 to 30 days before it applies to you, with how to cancel.
Refunds. If something isn’t right, email us at hello@somethingbig.ai and we’ll make it right.
If you’re in the UK or EU. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of joining and get a full refund, even if you’ve started using your agent. To use it, tell us within 14 days: email hello@somethingbig.ai from the address you paid with.
Your agent acts without asking you first. When you connect an account to it, your agent can do in that account what the service’s own screen says you are allowing. With Gmail that is all of your mail: it can read everything, including sign-in codes and password-reset emails, send and reply as you, and move mail to the trash; it cannot delete mail for good or change your Gmail settings. It reads email and web pages written by other people, and something written to trick it could make it act against your wishes; we cannot rule that out. Connect only what you are willing to hand to it. Our privacy page for agents (somethingbig.ai/agent/privacy) says what each connection is given and who else handles it.
Your agent acts for you. What it sends, signs up for, agrees to or changes, in your accounts or with its own address, it does on your behalf, and you are responsible for it, including the terms of the websites it uses and anything those accounts cost. Don’t use it to send bulk or unwanted email, to break the law or to break another service’s rules.
You choose the name in your agent’s email address. Don’t choose one that passes as another person or company, or as us. We may refuse a name, or change one later, if it misleads or breaks these terms; if we change it, we tell you first where we can. If you give us your phone number, you agree to get text messages from your agent at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to end them.
Your agent is told to ask you before it pays for anything and to keep away from banking and payment sites. Those are instructions it follows, not limits it cannot pass.
An AI can be wrong and can be tricked. Check what matters. We may pause or stop an agent, or limit how much it does, to protect you, other people or the service.
