Tips for better results

Say what you want the reader to do. "Get him to approve the budget by Friday" gives a much better email than "email about the budget".
Put the facts in the Details box. The generator never invents dates, prices, or names, so anything it doesn't know appears as a [placeholder] for you to fill in.
For hard emails (saying no, delivering bad news, chasing a late payment), choose Direct or Professional. Friendly can bury the message.
Not quite right? Change one thing (tone, length, or the ask) and generate again. Small changes to the input change the email a lot.
