Get your address off the internet

With all the hacking going on right now, you may not want your home address and phone number one search away. But they probably are: Spokeo, Whitepages and sites like them show them to anyone. So I wrote this prompt you can paste into an AI agent that can browse and check email. It sends the opt-outs while you do something else.

The catch: some of these sites reply with a "verify it's you" email your agent has to read, which is where today's sponsor comes in.

Get my personal information off people-search and data-broker sites (Spokeo, Whitepages, BeenVerified, TruePeopleSearch, Intelius, Radaris, MyLife and any others you know). My details: [name, past names, cities, age, emails, phones]. For each listing, send the opt-out through its web form or by email, and click the "verify it's you" links that come back. Don't send ID or pay anything: list those for me. Give me a checklist of what's done, and remind me to rerun this every 3 months.
