Tips for better results

  • Name your tools and roles. "Google Workspace, Slack and GitHub" becomes specific access-removal steps instead of "remove access".
  • Start with Essentials. A 12-item list gets used; a 40-item list gets skimmed. Switch to Thorough for high-stakes launches.
  • Read the Often forgotten line first. It points to the items that usually cause the problems.
  • Save and reuse it. The second time you run the same process, edit the checklist with what went wrong the first time.
