Tips for better results

  • Paste your real policies. The answers use your numbers exactly, and questions it can't answer are marked for you to fill in rather than guessed.
  • Use the [Add your answer] items as a checklist. They're the questions customers will ask that your page doesn't answer yet.
  • Put the purchase-blocking questions first on the page: price, what's included, and who it's for.
  • Check your support inbox for the questions people really send, and add those details to the box before generating.

FAQ

Is this FAQ generator free?

Yes. Enter your email once to use it (you'll also get Something Big, our free weekly AI newsletter, and you can unsubscribe anytime). There's no account and no credit card.

Can I use the FAQ on my website?

Yes. Each question and answer is written to be pasted directly into an FAQ section or accordion on your site, help center or event page.

Can it write an FAQ for an internal policy?

Yes. Choose Internal policy and it writes the questions employees ask: who it applies to, how to request, approvals and exceptions.
