How it works
- Paste the review, including the star rating, and add your side: what happened, what you've changed, a contact, and how to sign it.
- Pick where the review is (Google, Yelp, app stores, booking sites or software review sites) and click Write my reply.
- Check the facts, fill in any [placeholders], and post the reply. For angry reviews, wait an hour before posting.

Tips for better results
- Tell it what you've actually fixed. "We now text patients when we're 15 minutes late" turns a complaint into proof you listen.
- Give a real contact for negative reviews, a person's name and email. Moving the conversation private works better than debating in public.
- Reply to good reviews too. A short, specific thank-you shows future customers someone is paying attention.
- Never offer refunds or discounts in a public reply unless you mean to make that offer to everyone who reads it.
FAQ
Is this review response generator free?
Yes. Enter your email once to use it (you'll also get Something Big, our free weekly AI newsletter, and you can unsubscribe anytime). There's no account and no credit card.
Should I respond to negative reviews?
Yes, calmly and briefly. Future customers read your reply more than the review. Apologize for the experience, address the specific issue, say what you've changed, and offer a private way to continue.
Will it admit fault or offer refunds for me?
No. It uses only what you tell it, never offers compensation publicly unless you say so, and apologizes for the customer's experience without conceding facts you dispute.
Does it work for app store and software reviews?
Yes. Choose App Store or Google Play, or G2, Capterra or Trustpilot, and it adapts: mentioning the fixed version if you give one and pointing to your support contact.
