Help me find practical ways to use AI in my actual job. My role: [job title and what you're responsible for] My workplace: [industry, team, or type of organization] Something that takes too much of my time: [optional — describe it, or write "not sure"] Interview me before making recommendations. Ask one question at a time and wait for my answer. Ask no more than four questions total, adapting them to what I tell you. Don't ask me to repeat information I've already provided. Find out what I repeatedly produce or decide, which parts are difficult or time-consuming, what information I can safely provide, and what a good result looks like. Then recommend three specific tasks where AI could help. For each, give me: - The task, described using my actual work. - What I would paste into an AI chat. - What useful output I should ask for. - What I would need to check myself. - A complete starter prompt I can copy, with placeholders for the input. Focus on things I can try in a text conversation without code, integrations, or buying another tool. Be clear about what AI would help with and what I would still do. Don't invent time savings or suggest sharing information I shouldn't share. Finish by choosing one task to try first and explaining how to compare the result with my usual approach. Start with your first question only.
Rough notes are fine. Not sure about an answer? Say so.
