How it works
- Enter the customer, what their situation was before, what they did with your product, and the results with numbers and time frames. Paste any customer quote word for word.
- Pick the format (a full web page, a one-paragraph summary, or a slide or email version) and who will read it. Click Write my case study.
- Fill in any [placeholders], then send the draft to the customer to approve their name, numbers and quote before you publish.

Tips for better results
- Give before-and-after numbers with a time frame. "15% to 7% in three months" is the whole case study; everything else supports it.
- Paste quotes exactly as the customer said them. The generator never writes quotes for real people, so no quote means a placeholder.
- Say how the result was measured. "Based on their own waste logs" makes a number credible to skeptical buyers.
- Make one long version and cut it down. The slide and email versions come from the same facts.
FAQ
Is this case study generator free?
Yes. Enter your email once to use it (you'll also get Something Big, our free weekly AI newsletter, and you can unsubscribe anytime). There's no account and no credit card.
What should a customer case study include?
Who the customer is, the problem they had, what they did, the results with numbers and a time frame, and a quote from someone at the customer. This generator lays those out with an At a glance box for skimmers.
Will it write a quote for my customer?
No. Quotes must be the customer's own words, so it uses only quotes you paste in exactly. Without one, it leaves a placeholder reminding you to ask for a quote and get approval.
Do I need the customer's permission?
Yes, get approval for their name, the numbers and any quote before publishing. Every output ends with that reminder.
