Describe what you sell and who you're pitching. Get a short pitch built around their problem, discovery questions, and answers to the objections you'll hear.

How it works

  1. Describe what you sell, the price if it matters, and who you're pitching: their role, company type and situation. Add any results or customers you can name.
  2. Pick the format (cold call script, discovery call opener, short email or in-person pitch) and click Write my pitch.
  3. Practice it out loud, fill in the [placeholders], and prepare your own answers to the objections before the call.

Examples

Sample results for the inputs shown, so you can see the format and quality before you try it.

Example 1: input

What you sell and who you're pitching: We sell automated SMS appointment reminders and online rescheduling that plug into Dentrix. Prospect: office manager at a 3-location dental group. Setup $4,800 fixed, optional $150/month support.

Format: Cold call script

Proof you can use: Set up for 11 dental practices. One 2-location practice cut no-shows from 15% to 7% in 3 months.

Example 1: output
Opener: Hi, this is [your name] from [company]. I work with dental offices on appointment reminders. Do you have 30 seconds for me to say why I called? Reason for the call: Office managers at multi-location practices often tell us reminder calls take up a lot of the front desk's day. How are reminders handled across your three locations right now? Questions: - Roughly what share of appointments end up as no-shows? - Who makes the reminder calls today, and how long does it take them? - Are you on Dentrix at all three locations? If it fits: We set up automated text reminders and online rescheduling inside Dentrix, so patients confirm or move appointments without calling. We've done this for 11 dental practices. One 2-location practice went from 15% no-shows to 7% in three months. Ask: Would a 20-minute call on Thursday or Friday work to see how it would look for your offices? Objections: - "We already send reminders.": Good. How much of that is manual calling, and how many patients still don't show? - "It's not in the budget.": Setup is a fixed $4,800. How much front desk time goes into reminder calls each week? That's usually the comparison. - "Switching sounds like a hassle.": It runs inside the Dentrix system you already use, and we handle the setup. What would you need to see to feel comfortable?
Example 2: input

What you sell and who you're pitching: Payroll add-on inside our invoicing app, for businesses under 50 employees. $6 per employee per month, no base fee. Prospect: owner of a 12-person landscaping company who already uses our invoicing.

Format: Short email pitch

Example 2: output
Subject: Payroll in the app you already use Hi [first name], You already send invoices with us. Now you can run payroll in the same place, without a second system to log into. It costs $6 per employee per month with no base fee, so for a 12-person crew that's $72 a month. Would it be useful if I showed you how it works in 15 minutes this week? [Your name] Objections: - "We already have a payroll provider.": What do you like about it, and what's a pain? Many owners mostly want fewer logins. - "Switching mid-year sounds risky.": [Add your answer: how you handle mid-year switches and tax filings] - "I don't have time right now.": Understood. When does payroll feel most painful, so I can check back then?
Example 3: input

What you sell and who you're pitching: Freelance bookkeeping for restaurants and cafes in Portland. Monthly books, payroll, sales tax. 10 years. Pitching café owners at a local restaurant association mixer.

Format: In-person or event pitch (30 seconds)

Example 3: output
Pitch: I'm a bookkeeper for restaurants and cafes here in Portland. I've been doing it for ten years. I handle the monthly books, payroll and sales tax, so owners aren't doing them at the kitchen table after closing. Most of my clients are small places like yours, where the owner does everything. Ask: Who does the books for your café right now? Objections: - "My spouse does the books.": That's common. Would it help to have someone check the sales tax side, even if they keep the rest? - "It's too expensive.": What does it cost you now in hours each month? Let's see if the numbers work before deciding. - "I use QuickBooks myself.": Great, I work in QuickBooks too, so I can pick up where you are.

Tips for better results

  • Describe the prospect's situation, not just their title. "3-location dental group with a high no-show rate" gets a pitch that sounds like you did your homework.
  • Give one real result. "15% no-shows down to 7% in three months" does more than any adjective, and the generator won't invent one.
  • Ask more than you tell. The discovery questions are the most useful part of the script; let the prospect talk.
  • Answer objections with a question first. "How much front desk time goes into reminders?" moves the conversation; arguing doesn't.

FAQ

Is this sales pitch generator free?

Yes. Enter your email once to use it (you'll also get Something Big, our free weekly AI newsletter, and you can unsubscribe anytime). There's no account and no credit card.

What makes a good sales pitch?

It starts with the buyer's problem, asks questions before explaining the product, uses one concrete proof point, and ends with a clear, small next step. It also prepares answers to the objections you know are coming.

Can it write a cold call script?

Yes. Choose Cold call script and you get an opener, a reason for the call, discovery questions, a short pitch, an ask and answers to three likely objections.

Will it make up results or customer names?

No. It uses only the results and customers you give it. Without proof, it describes what your product does concretely and leaves placeholders where you need to add your own answer.
