How it works
- Paste everything on your plate in any order: tasks, deadlines, meetings, half-formed worries. Typos and fragments are fine.
- Choose today, this week, or a whole project, add your meetings and time available, and click Make my list.
- Start on item 1 under Do first. Batch the quick ones between meetings, and answer the questions at the end to sharpen the next plan.

Tips for better results
- Include deadlines and meeting times. "Deck due Thursday, meetings 10-11 and 2" lets it order the list; without them it has to ask.
- Dump everything, including small things. A dentist call that's been on your mind for a week belongs on the list so you can stop remembering it.
- Rerun it at midday with what's left. A list made at 9 am is often wrong by lunch.
- Use project mode for anything with more than five steps. It orders the work by what depends on what, and marks what can run in parallel.
FAQ
Is this to-do list generator free?
Yes. Enter your email once to use it (you'll also get Something Big, our free weekly AI newsletter, and you can unsubscribe anytime). There's no account and no credit card.
How does it decide what goes first?
Deadlines today or tomorrow, overdue items, anything other people are waiting on, and your most important piece of focused work come first. Quick tasks under about 15 minutes are grouped so you can clear them in one go.
Will it add tasks I didn't mention?
No. It includes everything you listed, merges duplicates, and may break a vague item into its first concrete step. It won't invent deadlines or meetings.
Can I use it to plan a project?
Yes. Choose A project from start to finish and it orders the tasks into phases by dependency and marks the ones that can happen at the same time.
