Tips for better results

  • Give the exact facts: date, price, amount, who led the round. A release without specifics won't get picked up.
  • Say what the spokesperson wants to get across. The draft quote gives a reason or point of view; the person must approve it before anything goes out.
  • Keep the headline to the news itself. "Ledgerly Launches Payroll for Small Businesses" beats any headline with "revolutionary" in it.
  • Write your boilerplate once and reuse it. Paste the same company facts every time so the About section stays consistent.

FAQ

Is this press release generator free?

Yes. Enter your email once to use it (you'll also get Something Big, our free weekly AI newsletter, and you can unsubscribe anytime). There's no account and no credit card.

What format does the press release use?

Standard newswire format: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, a headline and subheadline, a dateline, an inverted-pyramid body, a quote, the About section, a media contact and ### to mark the end.

Why are the quotes labeled as drafts?

A quote has to come from a real person who agrees with it. The generator writes a draft built on what you told it, marks it for approval, and never invents quotes for people you didn't name.

Will it add statistics or claims like industry-leading?

No. It uses only the facts you provide and avoids claims such as "first" or "leading" unless you state them. Missing details become placeholders.
